Who: Anyone interested in learning harmonies in a fun, creative and productive environment.

Bands/groups who want to work together to add harmonies to their material.

Maximum 6 participants.

Workshop Content:

Each workshop will consist of a general warm up and cover a variety of vocal techniques. We will explore 3, 4 & 5 part harmonies (depending on level) both within the context of repertoire as well as exercises. Material will be chosen from a variety of genres such as Contemporary & World Musics and students’ input will also be welcomed.

The main aim of these ongoing workshops is to teach singers how to be confident constructing (by ear), holding and blending harmonies both above and below melody lines. You will learn how to use harmonies for both studio and live settings and will be given tools to take away for practice.

Bookings on a first come first served basis, waiting list will be created if over subscribed.
